The new Willow Place shopping centre has transformed the retail heart of Corby. But this is only the first step in the town's renaissance. Land Securities has prepared ambitious new proposals for a further phase of development which will firmly establish Corby as a thriving sub-regional centre.
This website tells you more about these proposals, which we call Evolution Corby, and gives you the opportunity to comment on them by filling in the online questionnaire. An outline planning application has now been submitted to Corby Borough Council and this is currently being reviewed and formally consulted on.
The Vision
Corby is one of the fastest growing towns in the UK with its population expected to double over the next 20 years. We want to see Corby reach its full potential by creating a vibrant mixed-use development combining shops, residential and community elements in the heart of the town centre that meets the needs of present and future generations.

to the town are now open and trading well.
